Q. Why was RockSALT approached to help?

I have been approached, on many occasions, by professionals who:

  • Felt invisible at work
  • Found it very difficult to make a point in a team meeting, without being talked over
  • Felt that no one really listened to them at work
  • Were convinced that their boss didn’t pay attention to their input.

Q. What did RockSALT do?

I created a targeted communication & influence training programme, (for individuals or for groups) which provided these employees with relevant advice and tips, which helped them to be heard at work.

Q. What did the training programmes do?

They enabled these employees to: 

  • Gain a better understanding of how to interact more confidently with colleagues and clients
  • Learn how to deliver their spoken word with more conviction and impact
  • Implement small behavioural tweaks, that really helped to make a difference

  • ‘Grasp the nettle’ – how to react more assuredly when colleagues did try to interrupt
